Berlin cab driver Herbert Boeckmann’s routine is shattered when three strangers place the dead Russian economist Boris Stravinsky in his taxi. Delivering the body to East Berlin lands him in KGB custody, mistaken for a CIA operative. In the West, the CIA suspects him of KGB ties. To clear his name, Herbert must find the killer, using vials that grant powers and turn him into “Super Agent Herbie Melbourne.”
