No One Killed Jessica

Jessica, a bartender in Delhi, refuses service to three men at an upscale event in 1999. Manish, one of the men and the son of a politician, responds violently by shooting her in the head. Witnesses are present but either forget or sell their testimonies due to political and financial pressures.

Manish handovers himself to the police in Ambala court. He is taken to Delhi for questioning, where his confession is recorded, and evidence like the murder weapon and cartridges are collected. The police find a matching live cartridge but not the pistol itself.

Court cases progress over several years until 2006, with witnesses like Naina and Peter identifying Manish as the shooter. However, doubt cast by defendants and witnesses' inconsistent testimonies lead to the acquittal of Manish and his accomplices.
