Thut, an Egyptian mummy and chariot racer, undergoes a traumatic crash during a race, which leaves him with post-traumatic stress disorder. Following this incident, he decides to retire from chariot racing, fearing the risks involved in the sport.

Thut grapples with his aversion to marriage, believing it would bind him to one partner for eternity in the Underworld. His brother Sekhem, skilled with boomerangs, expresses different views about relationships, challenging Thut's perspective.

Explorer Lord Sylvester Carnaby sets out on a quest to discover Princess Nefer's tomb. After successful findings, he discovers that the sarcophagus is empty and uncovers inscriptions about the mysterious Underworld.

While crossing the street, Thut has a near-miss with Princess Nefer's chariot, leading to a heated argument. This encounter sets off a series of events that intertwine their fates despite Thut's initial reluctance.

The Pharaoh pressures Nefer to choose a suitor, releasing a Phoenix bird to find one for her. Circumstances lead to the bird crashing on Thut's roof, prompting the Pharaoh to summon Thut and inform him of the arranged marriage in seven days.

Faced with the dire consequences of refusing the marriage, Thut reluctantly accepts his fate. He is given a Royal Ring that he must keep until the wedding day, emphasizing the extravagant nature of the Pharaoh's decree.

Carnaby drills into the earth, discovering the hidden city of the Underworld. A drone uncovers the ring box given to Thut, revealing that living humans are invading the mummies' sanctuary for treasures.

Thut, Sekhem, and Nefer embark on a journey to London in search of Carnaby. They cleverly hide in crates being transported on a ship, navigating the challenges of being mummies in the living world.

The trio accidentally ends up at a theatre because of their pursuit of Carnaby. Mistaken for cast members in a musical about Egyptian culture, Nefer seizes the opportunity to sing and regain attention to their quest.

After a chance meeting with Ed, Nefer undergoes a beautiful transformation and begins live streaming her singing. This results in her gaining millions of followers, highlighting her desire for a life beyond marriage.

Carnaby realizes Nefer is an Egyptian mummy and kidnaps her to showcase her in his museum. Thut and Ed witness her abduction and devise a plan to rescue her, further risking their safety.

Sekhem turns off all CCTV cameras to sneak into the museum and save Thut and Nefer from Carnaby's clutches. Despite the chaos, he manages to retrieve the ring and free them, but they are sedated and weakened.

Thut, Nefer, and Ed escape the museum and commandeer a bus. Sekhem skillfully drives them away while evading Carnaby's henchmen, leading to a dramatic chase across the Thames.

Thut confronts Carnaby to protect Nefer and their city. In a tense battle, he surprises even himself with his bravery, pushing Carnaby over the edge of a cliff while ensuring Nefer's safety.

Surviving the tumultuous events, Thut gathers the courage to propose to Nefer, who joyfully accepts. They celebrate their love in a grand wedding ceremony, marking the end of their initially tumultuous journey.
