During Christmas time in Cleveland, Ohio, four young women are finishing their mandatory community service. Their final night involves visiting elderly and less fortunate residents, but their last stop proves unsettling. They are welcomed into the home of a seemingly kind older woman, but as night falls, they suspect there's more to their host than they initially thought. A dark secret lurks within the house, and they soon discover that this Christmas visit may be their last.
