1939 is both a beautiful and terrible year for Claudia and Jérôme. They fall instantly under each other’s spell, but war erupts before they can wed. The conflict shatters their hopes, and after years of separation the magic that once bound them is gone. They decide to marry out of necessity rather than love, showing that miracles happen only once.
