This film is a remake of the 1982 Indonesian horror classic, ‘Bayi Ajaib.’ It tells the story of a child possessed by an evil spirit from infancy, who is exploited in attempts to gain power. When Kosim discovers gold in the river of Hirupbagja, he suddenly becomes wealthy and marries Sumi, living a prosperous life as a landowner. However, the evil spirit’s influence continues to haunt their newfound fortune and happiness.
