Tasked with fighting terrorism on land, sea and even outer space, the elite unit Mighty Jack opposes the criminal syndicate Q. Armed with advanced gear, notably a high‑tech submarine, they rescue scientist Harold Hatari from blinding interrogation. Q uses “hot ice,” a solid at room temperature, to craft weapons and conceal an ocean base disguised as an iceberg, then attempts to capture the Mighty Jack submarine.
