When a film crew sets up in Georgia’s rugged Khevsureti mountains, celebrated pop star and actress Lali Mindeli immerses herself in the local culture, donning traditional Khevsurian dress and riding horses to deepen her role. While filming she meets a local man, Vakhtang, but instead of introducing herself she claims to be Lali’s twin sister. Enamored, Vakhtang says he will move to Khevsureti, forcing Lali to confront the risky deception she has created.
