Akeburo City has a Power Spot that releases magical energy. The demon army Jamanga harvests Minus Energy from citizens, threatening the community. The S.H.O.T. organization, posing as police officers, opposes them. Student Kenji Narukami, trained in the Dragon God Style, becomes Ryukendo and battles Jamanga’s forces with allies to restore peace.
