The film opens with Om Raichand falling from the balcony of a penthouse. It is later revealed that he is Ramona's husband, setting a dark tone for the tale. The incident hints at the lethal stakes behind the 'Love Games' to come.

Ramona and Sam decide to escalate their relationship by playing Love Games. The rule is to find the happiest couple at a Page 3 party and seduce one of them to bed. The notion of manipulation and danger becomes the core of their game.

At the party, they target a regular couple and Sam seduces the wife after sabotaging Ramona's chance to lure the husband. Ramona becomes enraged and almost shoots Sam, but a kiss calms her down. The moment marks the brutal, competitive edge of their game.

They meet Gaurav Asthana, a criminal lawyer, and his surgeon wife Alisha. Alisha notices Sam's self-harm scars and invites him to a hospital to witness a live operation. The experience makes Sam realize love is missing, and he is drawn to Alisha; he follows her to Goa.

In Goa, Alisha shows Sam the wounds inflicted by Gaurav and they begin an affair. Ramona grows jealous and offers Sam a deal to remain her boy-toy whenever she desires, but Sam rejects the arrangement. The love triangle intensifies the tension of the plot.

Gaurav publicly degrades Alisha during a party by pouring a drink on her. Sam steps in and takes Alisha to their company's guesthouse to escape the embarrassment. The encounter deepens the entanglement between Sam and Alisha.

Ramona texts Sam to spy on Alisha, hinting at a fake letter allegedly from Alisha to Sam. To protect Alisha from abuse, Sam tries to align his loyalties with Ramona whenever she wants. A web of deception tightens around everyone involved.

One night, Ramona brings Sam to Alisha's house while she sleeps and proposes a new Love Games prompt. Sam must sleep with Ramona on the carpet in front of Alisha's bed; he initially resists but yields under Ramona's threat. Ramona rapes him in the tense setup.

The next day, Sam shares everything with Alisha in a hospital warehouse. Alisha proposes a double-murder Love Game and insists on killing both Gaurav and Sam. She wants a pre-recorded insurance in case things go wrong, and Ramona agrees to the plan.

Ramona seduces Gaurav and then kills him with an adrenaline injection, staging a natural death. The plan aims to remove Gaurav as a rival and protect the others as they continue their games. The event gathers momentum toward a deadly confrontation.

A confrontation erupts when a mysterious intruder enters Ramona's house and attacks her; he is revealed to be Sam. In the ensuing fight, Sam claims Alisha never revealed the plan and ends up killing Alisha in defense. The event accelerates the plan's collapse and its rewrite.

To avoid being caught for Alisha's murder, Sam and Ramona attempt to frame Gaurav by exploiting a morgue mix-up. They relocate Alisha's body, bury Gaurav's corpse in a graveyard, and then push it into the sea, making Gaurav appear to be the killer in the eyes of the law.

It is revealed that Alisha staged her own death to escape, and she still wants to be with Sam. She and Sam hatch a plan to win their love games and relocate to London to start anew. The revelation redefines everyone's fate and loyalties.

Alisha uses a drug to appear dead for a few hours, is buried, then retrieved by her father. She obtains a new passport and identity to travel to London, changing her appearance with a wig and contacts for the journey. The escape paves the way for a fresh start.

In the final scene, Sam and Alisha—now calling herself Riya—board a flight to London to live happily after their victory in the Love Games. The twist confirms they outmaneuvered Ramona and Gaurav and found a new life together. The journey ends with a hopeful, though morally ambiguous, note.
