Four friends gather at a kiosk on a rainy afternoon; one must study while the other three try to go to the cinema, only to be turned away because they’re too young. The group includes Andrés, a hotel bellboy who dreams of becoming a bullfighter; Chispa, who works for a cantankerous older man; Carlos, a student; and Negro, a shy youth. Seeking simple fun, they are soon forced to confront the harsh realities of adult life.
