The enigmatic matron of a decaying mansion, known only as the Lady or Signora, presides over a converted resort hotel. Six catering apprentices are summoned to prepare a special banquet for her, though none have seen her beyond a fleeting glimpse. As they hone their craft, it becomes clear the Lady may be an urbane ghost rather than a living being.
