Kozue, a high‑school student, distributes flyers while searching for a missing classmate. She is lured to a deranged man who imprisons her. He derives perverse pleasure by assaulting captives with a chrome vibrator, poisoning and photographing their deaths. Kozue, however, does not react like his usual victims, leading to a bizarre, twisted bond between them.
