Porky finds himself enlisted in the Foreign Legion, but instead of combat he is assigned to scrub camels—a task at which he is woefully inept. While his comrades depart to hunt the villainous Ali Mode, Porky remains behind. Ali Mode attempts to breach the fort by deceiving Porky, tunneling beneath the walls, and launching full‑scale assaults. Each scheme is thwarted by Porky, who ultimately sends Ali Mode plunging into a vat of thick “Cairo Syrup” and is rewarded with a chestful of medals.
