Jeana Jeana Ho Pui-Yu is now a model who lives in an open, non-committed arrangement with Jacky Jason Chan Pak-Yu, and together they drift through the same high-energy circuit they knew before. The city’s pulse pulls Sara Ava Yu Kiu back into the clubs as well, a bid to feel desired after a season of feeling overlooked by her fiancé Shin. Jeana’s circle also includes Papa Celia Kwok Wing-Yee, a woman often labeled an “ugly duckling” by the crowd who works as an infants’ school teacher by day and shoulders the club’s late-night tempo by night, hunting for tenderness in a world that values appearance. Jolie Whitney Hui arrives with means and a thrill-seeking streak, freshly back from England during university breaks, ready to test the limits of fun.

The group’s plans crash into May, the club’s owner, who is keen to orchestrate connections that could bloom into romance. May introduces Jolie to her cousin, a woman who already embodies the club’s electric atmosphere: Jolie.
