Tweety, Sylvester, and Granny are drawn into an unexpected adventure when they see a news report revealing that Aoogah, the bird queen of the Canary Islands, has vanished without a trace. In a surprising twist, they learn that Tweety possesses the royal traits that link him to Aoogah’s missing lineage. The kingdom, eager to reclaim its royal presence, offers to transport Tweety and Granny from their cozy home in New York to the enchanting islands, where Tweety is expected to ascend as king. However, there’s a catch: cats are strictly prohibited from entering the realm. Undeterred, Sylvester cleverly sneaks onto the plane, and upon being discovered, Tweety insists that Sylvester join their journey, referring to him affectionately as his "brother."
Upon arrival, the trio encounters Diego von Schniffenstein, the royal advisor who also possesses sorcery powers. He guides Tweety and Sylvester around the kingdom, a vibrant place teeming with birds and dogs, and explains that its name translates to "islands of dogs." In the royal palace, Diego showcases portraits of past monarchs and reveals the luxurious lifestyle Tweety can expect as king. As preparations are underway for the lavish coronation ceremony scheduled for the evening, Sylvester and Diego assist Tweety in donning his royal attire.
However, during the coronation, Sylvester uncovers a nefarious plot—Diego is the mastermind behind Aoogah's disappearance, plotting to eliminate Tweety. Sylvester races against time over the following day to thwart Diego’s attempts on Tweety’s life while gathering sufficient proof of his treachery. Just when he thinks he has made a breakthrough, Tweety unintentionally gets them caught, leading to Diego seizing him and alleging that Sylvester has devoured him. The police birds ignore Sylvester's frantic protests, promptly arresting him.
Granny comes to the rescue after witnessing evidence that incriminates Diego. She liberates Sylvester from his confinement, but they are at a loss regarding where to locate Tweety. In a twist of fate, they discover that the tail feathers of royal birds carry magical properties. Using one of these enchanted feathers, Granny and Sylvester trace Tweety to a ship on the water. There, Tweety discovers that Aoogah is alive yet imprisoned. Diego, unveiling his sinister background, explains how he imbibed a potion 700 years ago to attain immortality, attempting to instigate a rebellion of dogs against the birds. When this scheme failed, he took it upon himself to eliminate bird monarchs and collect their tail feathers, creating a magical boa that significantly amplifies his powers.
In a series of thrilling maneuvers, Granny successfully distracts the police birds, allowing Sylvester to sneak onto the ship. After vanquishing the henchdogs, he liberates both Tweety and Aoogah. But in a dramatic twist, Diego uses his magical boa to transform himself into a formidable giant. Sylvester, ever resourceful, lures Diego away long enough for the birds to dismantle the boa, which then releases the spirits of past rulers. With their help, Tweety, Sylvester, and Aoogah unite to triumph over Diego.
As the adventure winds down, Granny, Tweety, and Sylvester reflect on the stress of their perilous journey. Longing for the comfort of their New York home, Tweety decides to return the crown to Aoogah, who, feeling exhausted from her own challenges, dreams of a well-deserved vacation. The closing credits delightfully showcase moments of Aoogah enjoying her getaway in New York, accompanied by the trio, highlighting the bond formed through their fantastical exploits.
