In a distant future humanity has colonized countless worlds, wielding advanced technology that also fuels crime. The Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) serves as a universal police, and within it a covert unit called the ES Force—twelve youths with extraordinary powers who work in paired teams. The story follows the low‑rank partners Éclair and Lumière as they undertake missions and gradually uncover the hidden corruption and darker secrets lurking inside GOTT.
