Half‑breed Keoma, whose name means freedom, returns to his border hometown after serving in the Civil War, only to discover it ruled by Caldwell, an ex‑Confederate raider, and his vicious gang. To his dismay, Keoma’s three half‑brothers have sided with Caldwell, making his arrival hostile. Determined to free the town, Keoma teams up with his late father’s trusted ranch hand and launches a violent campaign against Caldwell and his treacherous brothers.
