As the term of the mayor of a town near Paris draws to a close, Clémence faces a pivotal decision. Her trusted advisor, Yazid, has been instrumental in her efforts to combat inequality, unemployment, and exploitative landlords. However, when offered the position of Minister, Clémence’s ambition is ignited, forcing her to question her loyalty and promises to the community she serves. The potential for a prestigious new role puts her political integrity and commitment to her constituents to the test.
