After lifting the siege of Orléans and seeing Charles VII crowned King of France, Jeanne d’Arc is wounded during a failed assault on Paris, which diminishes her influence at court. Captured and subjected to a heresy trial engineered by her political enemies, she must fight for both her life and the defense of her bodily sanctity, while the outcome could condemn her as a heretic and erase her legacy.
