Satya is a devoted house staff manager who has endured trauma after witnessing her father's suicide and shielding her brother Ankur. Her determination to safeguard Ankur drives her to extreme actions, including illegal acts to secure his safety.

Ankur is Satya's younger brother, a bright, rule-abiding engineer who excels in software. He forms a fragile trust with Kabir while being drawn into the dangerous journey to Hanshi Dao. In Hanshi Dao he makes allies among fellow prisoners, including Tony and Chandan.

Kabir is the family’s troubled son—an addict expelled from universities whose actions trigger the crisis. He unintentionally draws Ankur into dangerous territory and catalyzes the drug possession incident that leads to the arrest. His volatile behavior complicates Satya’s protective mission.

Muthu is an ex-policeman who regrets his role in a past wrongful conviction. He initially resists Satya's rescue plan but is persuaded and ultimately helps navigate the prison's interior with his insider knowledge. His hesitation turns into crucial support for the escape.

Landa is the rigid warden who embodies the brutal enforcement of Hanshi Dao's laws. He suspects the conspirators, pursues the escape, and clashes with Satya and the allies. His downfall comes as Malaysian authorities intervene.

Bhatia is a former gangster whose street connections become a key resource for Satya's plan. He risks his life for his son and for the rescue, meeting a tragic end during the escape.

Tony is Bhatia’s son, a young ally who becomes friends with Ankur. He represents a bridge between different groups and contributes to the escape strategy.

Chandan is a prisoner who is wrongfully convicted, just like Ankur. He forms a bond with Ankur and joins the escape plan from the inside.
