In the early hours of 2008, Jason Voorhees, notorious for his gruesome killings, was captured by the United States government. He was then confined within the Crystal Lake Research Facility, where scientists aimed to study his supernatural recovery abilities.

For two years, attempts to eliminate Jason were conducted by the facility's team but every effort failed spectacularly. Jason's resilience to damage became a source of frustration and intrigue for the scientists, leading them to seek alternative methods.

Dr. Rowan LaFontaine, the head scientist, proposed a radical solution: placing Jason in cryogenic stasis. Alongside her colleagues, they aimed to study what made him seemingly immortal, unaware of the impending chaos soon to follow.

The plan was thwarted when Jason broke free from his confinement, unleashing havoc upon the soldiers at the facility. In the ensuing chaos, Dr. Wimmer was killed, and Jason attacked Rowan, leading to an unexpected tragedy.

In a desperate act, Rowan was drawn into a cryogenic pod, only for Jason to shatter it with his machete. Both were left frozen in the cryogenic fluid, ending their violent confrontation and sealing their fate.

Fast forward to the year 2455, humanity has fled Earth and established a new colony named Earth II. A courageous crew of explorers arrives at the long-abandoned Crystal Lake Research Facility, unaware of the horrors that lie within.

The exploration team comes across the preserved bodies of Jason and Dr. Rowan, initially unsure of the implications. They decide to revive Rowan while leaving Jason in cryogenic stasis, mistakenly believing him to be dead.

As tensions escalate aboard the spaceship Grendel, Jason unexpectedly awakens. His first act of violence is to freeze intern Adrienne's face with liquid nitrogen, marking the beginning of a horrifying rampage.

Jason continues his spree by brutally killing several members of the crew, including Stoney and Lou. His relentless attacks cause panic and chaos aboard the ship as the crew struggles for survival against his might.

In a bid to combat Jason, the crew attempted to enhance KM-14, the android, with advanced combat capabilities. Despite their efforts, losses piled up as Jason's ferocity escalated, resulting in further casualties.

The remaining survivors made a desperate distress call while preparing to detach what was left of their main vessel. Tensions peaked as they anticipated their final confrontation with Jason, armed with enhanced weaponry.

Waylander made the ultimate sacrifice, allowing others a chance to escape, as the rest faced Jason's wrath. This heart-wrenching moment underscored the dire stakes of their battle for survival.

Sergeant Brodski's heroic attempt to mend the docking door leads him and Jason to fall into Earth II's atmosphere. Their fates hang in the balance as they hurtle towards incineration during reentry.

In the aftermath, Tsunaron, Rowan, and KM-14 miraculously escape, determined to start anew. Meanwhile, Jason's charred mask sinks into a lake, signaling that terror may not yet be over.
