The film follows Jack Parsons, a pioneering rocket engineer who co‑founded the Jet Propulsion Laboratory—now part of NASA—while also practicing occultism as a sorcerer and magus. Aleister Crowley, the self‑styled Great Beast, called him his son. Parsons called himself “Antichrist,” drew FBI attention, and died at 38 in a mysterious explosion ruled an accident, though other theories persist.
