Many iconic songs, like Elvis Presley's "In the Ghetto" and "A Little Less Conversation," are instantly recognizable, but the songwriters often remain unknown. This documentary explores the story of Mac Davis, a prolific songwriter whose name is far less familiar than the hits he created. He shares this experience with numerous other Nashville-based songwriters who have shaped popular music. The film delves into the surprising connections and hidden stories behind these musical architects and the thriving songwriting community in Nashville, Tennessee.
