As night falls and the city lights dim, the neighborhood cats are let outside to roam. They hold a secret meeting, devise a plan to rid themselves of a bothersome neighboring dog, and launch a series of mischievous assaults—tormenting him, chasing him with a water hose, and even trying to feed him, all in an effort to drive him away.
