John Phillip Law stars as Ted Barner, a low‑level corporate employee in Indonesia charged with testing a new laser weapon. He travels to the test site with an engineer and a friend, only to be chased by a ruthless Texas industrialist who wants the laser for himself. A female reporter joins the party, and when they finally reach the test location their problems only begin.
