Harold Lloyd sneaks into a movie studio to return a lost letter to a pretty young woman he just met at a snack bar. The woman is Bebe Daniels, and his motives quickly turn flirtatious. The studio backdrop lets Harold chase her through sets, playfully annoy producers, and cause comic chaos while courting the actress.
