Chiwa Takanashi, an indebted office worker, takes a part‑time job at a club. After a heated argument she is dismissed, she later finds the wealthy, arrogant customer she clashed with—Mamiya Hokuto—waiting for her at work. Hokuto proposes a contract marriage. Reluctant at first, Chiwa agrees, and together they face obstacles, eventually turning the arrangement into a genuine relationship.
