Hansel and Gretel Get Baked

Gretel's boyfriend Ashton introduces her to a marijuana strain called Black Forest produced by an old woman named Agnes in Pasadena. The encounter hints at a dangerous secret behind the drug. Gretel senses something sinister lurking beneath the drug's surface.

During a visit to Agnes, Ashton is drugged and unprepared for what awaits him. He discovers too late that Agnes is a witch who feeds on the youth of men. She devours parts of his body and drains his life force to renew her youth.

Gretel and her brother Hansel set out to find Ashton, but their search is met with mockery from the police and skepticism about the disappearances. Agnes remains inscrutable, offering no real answers about what happened. The trail grows cold as the case stumbles forward.

Carlos bullies Manny into revealing the address of Agnes's hidden house. Manny tries to warn Agnes, but she kills him. Carlos arrives moments later and is dispatched by Agnes, who re-casts him as a zombie.

The next morning Gretel teams up with Manny’s girlfriend Bianca to infiltrate Agnes’s home. Gretel sends an email to Hansel letting him know she plans to confront Agnes again. Bianca helps by creating distractions as Gretel makes her move.

Inside the basement, Gretel uncovers the eerie Black Forest crop and the grisly remains of the men Agnes has killed. She leaves a bright trail of Skittles to map a breadcrumb path through the labyrinth of plants. Agnes recognizes the ruse and Gretel and Bianca are captured.

Hansel arrives to help, confronting Carlos and fending off the zombified foe. Though Carlos is defeated, he knocks Hansel unconscious and imprisons him in the oven room. The tension escalates as Agnes tightens control over the captives.

Gretel and Bianca manage to break free from their restraints and rush to stop Agnes just as she is about to prepare Hansel. Bianca is killed in the struggle, leaving Gretel to continue alone. The struggle amplifies the danger looming over the group.

Gretel shoves Agnes into the oven and locks the door, triggering a catastrophic fire that consumes the marijuana crop and the house. Gretel and Hansel escape as first responders arrive on the scene. The blast marks a brutal conclusion to Agnes's reign.

One rescuer stoops to inspect a cat wandering through the ashes and retrieves it, only to be confronted with a sudden, brutal interruption that ends in tragedy. The moment underscores that danger lingers even after the blaze. The scene leaves the fate of survivors murky.

Despite the fire, Agnes resurfaces behind the wheel, driving away from the burning site and into an uncertain future. Her escape hints that the witch's threat may not be extinguished with the blaze. The immediate danger shifts from the house to the road ahead.
