In December 1967 a Cuban film crew, headed by veteran polemicist Santiago Alvarez, traveled to Hanoi. Over the course of a single day—Tuesday the 13th—they recorded the footage that makes up this short documentary, capturing the events of that day and the experiences of the North Vietnamese people amid the ongoing conflict.
