In Pannaipuram, three rebellious youths are harshly punished by conservative elders after their attempts to flee the village. Samikannu, Vinayakam, and Ramarajan grow restless and vow to see the outside world, imagining a life beyond tradition and stigma. Their resolve hardens despite the risk.

The trio escapes to Madurai and seeks shelter with Vinayakam's friend Azhagar. They learn Azhagar is marrying an American woman, Angelina Jolie, and that the couple will honeymoon in London; the idea of foreign adventures entices them. The dream of foreign escapades pushes them toward Goa.

Azhagar explains his path to London, hinting at the life awaiting him abroad. The three friends decide to head to Goa instead, hoping to meet foreign women and slip away from their village's constraints.

The next day, they discover that Samikannu had unknowingly brought a pile of sacred village jewels. The jewels make it impossible for them to return home and bind them to their misdeed. Realizing their escape would unravel, they pack their bags and flee toward Goa.

In Goa, they meet Jack, a Tamil who provides food, shelter, and introduces them to the island's party culture. Jack also hosts a party where Ramarajan meets Suhashini.

Vinay falls for Roshini, a club singer, while Sam tries to woo an American named Jessica Alba. With Jack and Roshini's help, the trio get a makeover and adopt a flashy Goa lifestyle.

Hotelier Daniel, Jack's lover, is attracted to Sam, which provokes Jack's jealousy. Jack hires ninja-themed henchmen to beat up Sam, but Sam counters their attack in an awkwardly heroic moment.

Ramarajan meets Suhasini Fernando, a wealthy entrepreneur who owns a luxury cruise ship named Casino Royale. The two marry, and Ram gives her the golden jewel from their village, which she locks away in a secret room aboard her yacht.

Ram learns Suhasini is neurotic, a fact revealed by her former husband Shakthi. The marriage deteriorates, and Ram turns to his friends for help as they navigate the brewing crisis.

Together, they devise a covert mission to retrieve the jewel from Suhasini's yacht and succeed in recovering it. The plan tests their loyalty and teamwork as they pull off the delicate operation.

The group returns to Pannaipuram with Roshini, Jessica, Danny, and Jack. A surprise guest, Nayantara, awaits Ram and the others, adding a new twist to their reunion and plans.

In the Goa epilogue, Suhasini falls in love with Madhan Kumar. When they embrace, Madhan's nose bleeds, hinting that Suhasini has become a victim of Manmadhan, bringing a dark twist to the closing moments.
