Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire

In New York City during the year 1904, a group of frantic firefighters rushes into a blazing hotel. Upon arrival, they discover a mysterious room that is completely frozen over, presenting an inexplicable phenomenon amidst the flames.

Fast forwarding to the present day, the Spengler family, joined by Gary Grooberson, embarks on a quest to locate an ice dragon. Phoebe successfully uses the Ghostbuster vehicle to capture the creature, showcasing her skills in ghost-hunting.

In collaboration with experienced Ghostbusters, Winston Zeddemore and Ray Stantz, the team manages to trap a ghost in Hell's Kitchen. This ghost reveals itself as Mayor Walter Peck, who threatens the Ghostbusters over the chaos in New York City.

Callie Spengler, Phoebe's mother, decides it is best for her daughter to be removed from active ghost-hunting duty until she turns eighteen. Feeling distraught, Phoebe finds comfort in a game of chess with the ghostly presence of Melody, a girl who tragically lost her life in a previous fire.

During a visit to an antique shop, Ray and Podcast encounter a variety of bizarre cursed items. Podcast takes it upon himself to examine these items for supernatural phenomena, leading him to stumble upon a group of mischievous mini-pufts that create havoc.

Nadeem Razmaadi, a newcomer at the shop, presents an old orb that he insists is cursed, inherited from his grandmother. Ray recognizes this orb as a supernatural trap linked to ancient Bronze Age rituals, revealing its sinister past.

As Ray investigates the orb's remarkable properties, it unexpectedly detonates, releasing vast psionic energy across New York City. This explosion disrupts the Ghostbusters' firehouse containment unit, resulting in severe consequences for the spirits they have captured.

To gain further understanding of the orb, Ray visits Dr. Hubert Wartzki, a librarian in New York. Dr. Wartzki explains the orb's origins over 4,000 years ago, detailing how the Firemasters sought to imprison a phantom god named Garraka who aimed for world domination.

A lion statue outside the library becomes possessed by a supernatural force. Phoebe attempts to intervene and stop the chaos, but her efforts lead to unintended destruction and ultimately result in her arrest due to escalating consequences.

In a moment of desperation after a confrontation with her mother, Phoebe conducts a ghost projection experiment using Winston's extraction equipment. This daring endeavor allows her to communicate with Melody, who reveals her loyalty to Garraka.

Garraka seizes control of Phoebe's body, leading her to recite an ancient chant that reignites his powers. This act plunges New York City into a deep freeze, as the once bustling streets are now covered in snow and ice under his wrath.

As the battle escalates, Nadeem dons his grandmother's Firemaster Brass Armor, gaining confidence and new abilities. The Ghostbusters face the overwhelming power of Garraka, whose freezing abilities threaten to overwhelm the team.

With clever collaboration, Phoebe devises a plan that incorporates brass to empower Ego Spengler's proton pack. Meanwhile, Melody switches sides, aiding Nadeem in embracing his Firemaster heritage to combat Garraka in an epic confrontation.

Utilizing fiery tactics, the Ghostbusters join forces to transform their containment unit into a massive ghost trap. Together, they successfully obliterate Garraka, leaving only ashes behind as they save New York City from his reign of terror.

Following their victory, Phoebe receives crowd support to reinstate her as a Ghostbuster despite Walter Peck's initial refusal. Meanwhile, chaos erupts once more when Slimer and other spectral beings break free, setting off a new adventure for the team.
