This documentary follows the Japanese wrestling organization Gaea’s rural training camp, tracking the progress of four aspiring wrestlers. Central figures are champion Chigusa Nagaya, still haunted by her army‑father’s abuse and driving her trainees through pain and dedication, and the club’s sophisticated, slightly menacing Chairman. The film is gritty and physically demanding, yet presented plainly, firmly disproving the idea that the sport is staged.
