Following the collapse of civilization due to radical feminism and the subjugation of men, scattered human settlements exist amidst dangerous, lawless territories. Among these is Amazon City, a society where men are exploited as a food source and for harvesting sperm. Heterosexual reproduction is considered taboo, and the community depends on artificial insemination for survival. When the previous lead scientist is assassinated, Dr. Maki Amamiya is brought in to replace her, unaware that she arrives with her husband.
