Fragtime

Misuzu Moritani is a quiet high school student who can stop time for three minutes each day. She uses this power to peek at Haruka Murakami in the courtyard, hoping to glimpse the popular girl. She soon learns that Murakami is unaffected by her ability.

On the next day Moritani freezes time to lead Murakami out of the classroom. In the hallway Murakami confesses her feelings and asks Moritani out on a date. This marks the start of their budding relationship.

They meet on Sunday and Murakami reveals that her boyfriend Tamaki has cheated on her. Moritani encourages Murakami to seek revenge by humiliating Tamaki in a lingerie store. The plan shows the growing intensity of their bond.

Over the following days Moritani uses her time stopping ability to observe classmates and uncover school secrets. The power lets her slip into otherwise closed moments, revealing hidden tensions. These discoveries pull her deeper into Murakami and the school environment.

Murakami places Moritani's hand on her chest to confess her feelings. Moritani realizes she wants Murakami all for herself. The bond between them deepens as their feelings become more defined.

After a period of loneliness Moritani receives a visit from Murakami in the sickbay. Moritani kisses Murakami as time stands still. They decide to start dating and to spend time alone together.

During a classroom test Moritani freezes time and Murakami undresses on her desk. They share an intimate moment, but when Moritani asks Murakami to put clothes back on before time resumes, Murakami seems disappointed.

At the end of the school day Kobayashi notices Moritani has not disappeared while talking to Murakami and expresses relief. They eat together with friends, and Moritani observes that Murakami seems lonely.

Kobayashi takes Moritani outside for fresh air and they discuss career choices. Moritani overhears classmates mocking Kobayashi and intervenes by stopping time to take Kobayashi's survey answers.

Murakami discovers Moritani's broken promise and confronts her. In an effort to prove her sincerity, Moritani reveals that she is wearing the same underwear as Murakami. Murakami reciprocates, and they run away together.

Rumors circulate about Murakami flashing Moritani, but the students do not know who was the recipient. Kobayashi becomes a confidante for Moritani's relationship by helping retrieve her survey.

Morita stops time at the lockers to tell Murakami that she has something important to share. Murakami runs away before she can explain that her powers are fading, but she suggests that while Moritani still has powers they can use them to help their classmates.

Moritani reveals their relationship in front of the entire class, hoping to prove sincerity. Murakami flees, and Moritani pursues, confronting her about the mask she wears. Murakami declares that the flipbook descriptions are not the real her, and Moritani expresses love and gratitude for Murakami reaching out.

Months later Moritani's powers have disappeared, but she has become more outgoing. Murakami remains by her side, and they continue their relationship.
