In 2019, Angga Saputra proposes to his girlfriend Sari Nirmala just before she leaves for Solo to interview the newly elected president Indra. On the same day, a revolution led by PIRANAS breaks out and Sari and the president are declared missing. The event seeds personal heartbreak amid a national upheaval.

Eleven years later, Angga has become a PIRANAS cadre and a congressman. The country is wracked by a food and economic crisis, fueling the rise of the Reform rebel group. He pitches the Patriot Act to PIRANAS' Four Horsemen, who insist Wisnu Nugroho lead the operation.

During a briefing at the GERRAM secret HQ in Jakarta, Wisnu leaves with his men to pursue a drone while Angga is seized by armed men led by Spec. He is brought to Reform hideout where he reunites with Sari, who has been hiding with Indra. The reunion underscored the fragile alliances against PIRANAS.

Angga meets Sari's daughter Dinda at the Reform hideout. He learns that Indra and Sari founded Reform to topple the corrupt regime, and that a personal stake binds him to the cause. The group prepares to resist PIRANAS' brutality.

GERRAM forces attack the Reform hideout, driving Angga, Sari, Dinda, and Spec to flee. They hole up in an abandoned shopping mall that has become a shelter for Indra's supporters and displaced people. The siege cements the alliance against PIRANAS.

Angga reconnects with his former Marine team—Oggi, Bara, Tino, and Ethan—with Spec, forming Foxtrot 6 to aid the people's defense. They operate unofficially, balancing humanitarian work with intelligence gathering. The mission deepens their commitment to stop PIRANAS.

Ethan hacks into the PIRANAS servers and uncovers a plan to kill its own senators in a false flag operation to justify genocide against Reform. The revelation confirms the regime's brutality and escalates the urgency of their mission. The team realizes the scale of the conspiracy.

GERRAM tracks the group and attacks Ethan's apartment building. The team escapes, continuing to work against PIRANAS while avoiding capture. The pursuit intensifies the stakes for everyone involved.

On the day of the PIRANAS plan, the Reform intervene and rescue the senators from the convoy. Back at the shelter, Wisnu detains Indra and Sari while Dinda and civilians are trapped in a freight elevator. Wisnu then hangs the senators from a crane and burns the mall, and Sari dies trying to help others.

Spec calls in the Indonesian Marines, and Angga's bodyguard Raya provides access to a plane and gear for a suicide mission to topple Ahmad. Across the country PIRANAS broadcasts the killings of the senators, fueling public outrage. The countdown toward a full-scale confrontation begins.

Foxtrot 6 penetrates the PIRANAS complex. Oggi dies in the ensuing battle, and General Adnan is killed by Ethan using a Kodiaks-powered exoskeleton. Farid Baskoro escapes, leaving PIRANAS reeling from the losses.

Angga and Ethan reach the presidential office, taking Hengky as a hostage to force a confession about the conspiracy. Ahmad arrives and kills Hengky, then leaves with his guards. Wisnu confronts Ethan on the rooftop, and in the ensuing combat, Angga is shot by Wisnu with his last bullet.

Public support for PIRANAS collapses after the incriminating footage is broadcast. Wisnu and his surviving men are killed by angry villagers outside the burning PIRANAS HQ, signaling the regime's end. The country stands at a crossroads after the upheaval.

A week later, Angga and Bara attend the funerals for Sari, Oggi, and Ethan. Ahmad's administration collapses, the president is arrested, and PIRANAS is dissolved. Angga and Dinda walk the city, finally free from fear and doubt.

In a post-credits tease, Spec boards a US helicopter with Marines saluting, hinting at American involvement. Later, Angga, Oggi, Tino, and Ethan receive a mysterious box of Kit Kat, leaving viewers to wonder who sent it.
