Set in the 1950s, Forever Plaid follows a close‑harmony quartet whose dreams of recording an album are shattered when their cherry‑red ’54 Mercury collides with a bus of Catholic schoolgirls heading to the Beatles’ Ed Sullivan debut. The girls survive, and the Plaids return from the afterlife for one last shot at musical glory, delivering a heartfelt tribute to the era’s beloved guy groups.
