Goalkeeper Pete plays for low‑tier FC HeMan, while his girlfriend Anna despises football. When Pete’s team plans a trip to the World Cup in Germany, Anna challenges him: she will assemble a squad of the players’ wives and girlfriends as FC Venus. The two teams will face off—if the women win, the men must quit football; if the men win, the women will stop criticizing the sport.
