Famine

Ms. Vickers announces a 24 Hour Famine at Sloppy Secondary High School to raise money for charity. Ten students sign up for extra credit and participation. This is the first famine held since a violent incident during the previous event five years earlier.

Before the famine begins, Katie hides extra food in the gym washroom. The Nailer, a masked figure in the mascot outfit, confronts her, slashes her forehead with a knife, and hides the body.

Hours into the famine, The Nailer begins picking off stragglers. Terry is killed when his throat is slit while sabotaging food in the cafeteria.

Peterson is impaled through the head during an act involving a Swiss Roll, and Vanessa is killed by being thrown onto the spike protruding from Peterson's head.

Jenny discovers the Nazi principal dead with his eyes removed while watching gay porn. Her account is dismissed, and she is kicked out of the school as her claims are deemed unbelievable.

Using keys she takes from two teachers murdered in the parking lot, Jenny reenters the building and discovers Darren's fried, severed head in the cafeteria freezer.

Jenny rejoins Vickers and the remaining students in the gym as a distorted voice begins threatening over the PA system. The group braces themselves for the stalker’s next move as the building fills with menace.

The group tries to break out, but fear slows them. They eventually find Tim, the scarred janitor, dead in an office, confirming the killer’s proximity and heightening the dread.

Vickers chases Cathy through the gym and reveals she is Balszack, back for revenge after reconstructive surgeries and a sex change. Cathy then explains what happened five years ago, providing the motive behind the current events.

Jenny and Nick move toward the gym as chaos continues. Nick is disemboweled by Vickers, and Cathy scalps Andrea, extending the carnage.

Vickers and Cathy corner Sarah in a classroom, mutilating one breast and stabbing her. The attack leaves Sarah badly wounded as the survivors scramble for safety.

In the climactic confrontation, Jenny learns the truth as Vickers and Cathy close in. Jenny fires a nail gun, grazes Vickers and hits Cathy in the head; Cathy collapses and Vickers is killed in turn by landing on Cathy's knife. Jenny escapes the school wearing The Nailer head and with the nail gun.
