Sandro betrays Tyler and the group because he still harbors loyalty to his father Davit, despite knowing about his abusive and criminal nature. Throughout his life, Sandro was groomed and trained by Davit to embrace the criminal legacy of the Nagazi syndicate. Even after being rescued, his deep-seated familial loyalty to his father proves stronger than his gratitude toward Tyler, leading him to contact Zurab and put everyone in danger.

Foreshadowing: Earlier in the film, it is established that Sandro is being trained by Davit to follow in his criminal footsteps, foreshadowing his conflicted loyalty.
