Veera Shankar falls in love with Aarti, a hotel staff member, after being moved by her kindness and vulnerability. When his family arranges his marriage to Bakka Reddy's daughter, he chooses to escape the obligation and pursue genuine love with Aarti rather than comply with the arranged match.

Earlier in the film, Veera's dissatisfaction with the arranged marriage is established when he expresses frustration to his family about the impending union.

Aarti is desperate to pay her mother's hospital bills, so she secretly works as a prostitute through the hotel's informal arrangements. She continues her legitimate job at the hotel during the day while separately meeting clients hired through the hotel's network, keeping both lives carefully separated.

After making multiple assassination attempts that all fail due to near-misses, Shankar Dada finally meets Leela Rani in person. Despite being sent to kill her, he falls in love with her during their encounters and chooses to quit the assassination business rather than fulfill his contract.

During the panic caused by the bomb threat, the bellboy finds a suspicious box and, believing it to be a cake meant for delivery, returns it to Sairam's hotel. The box was originally placed in Seetharam's hotel by Sairam, but the bellboy's misunderstanding causes it to be delivered back to its sender, bearing Seetharam hotel's name on the box.

When Kadapa Rayalamma arrives in Bangkok with goons intending to kill Banda Reddy, Gowri Shankar intervenes and brokers a truce. He convinces both former enemies that becoming a couple makes more sense than continuing their violent feud, leading them to dissolve their old marriages and form new relationships together.

Gowri Shankar himself is seeking to change his own unhappy marriage situation, giving him motivation to help others resolve their conflicts.

Kameshwari, an aspiring actress, is drawn to Alankar's creative energy and enthusiasm when he pitches his movie plot to the hotel guests. His charisma and ideas inspire her, making her lose interest in her stingy producer husband Thuppu Apparao, leading her to leave him and pursue a relationship with the aspiring writer-director.
