Ofka drifts in a lethargic haze, clinging to the deceptive comfort of childhood. She works at her brother‑in‑law Eda’s 24‑hour shop, watching eclectic customers. She spends evenings at the Vltava harbor, walks the streets with Ubre, who loves her, and avoids Míra, who has stopped loving her. She knows she must leave her neighborhood, face adulthood, and find purpose.
