On the streets across the river in New York City, a teenage graffiti artist and foster‑child girlfriend are caught up in trouble. Charles Banks finds Danny tagging subway cars and catches Teiresa selling drugs for a misguided teen, Kirk. Instead of arresting them, he offers a chance for a start, but changing their ways proves harder than expected.
