A wedding unfolds in a small provincial seaside town. During the celebration, a powerful tourist who controls the local criminal sphere tries to assault the bride, enraging her husband, a merchant seaman. Police and bandits plot to frame the sailor, but he escapes, prompting a chaotic chase that involves police, killers, relatives and many others.
