Based on the true life of Frans Van Reeth, a minor criminal who spent the majority of his years behind bars, the film follows his journey in a concise hour‑and‑a‑half. It explores his deep love, the relationships he forms with fellow inmates, the various escapades he experiences both inside and outside prison, and ultimately reveals how his story concludes.
