They also uncover the body swap: Ione is in Sloane's body in 1992, while the real Ione is trapped there in Sloane's form.

The group confronts the swapped bodies situation, realizing the real Ione is moving through time inside Sloane's body while Sloane's own body inhabits 1992's Ione.
