A jock sneaks into his supposed girlfriend's house with flowers, hoping for a romantic surprise. The interior is cold and silent, and he discovers a dead man with his mouth wide open. He soon spots two more corpses, signaling a deadly mystery taking shape.

Luke, after returning a roll of quarters, sneaks into Lily's room and hides in a closet as the girls return. He watches them strip naked, seemingly aroused by the cold air that surrounds them. Reptilian tentacles unfold from their chests, and Constance sprays Lily with liquid nitrogen.

Police find Bobby's body, frozen from the inside with a look of terror and an erection. Forensic scientists mistake the cause for a keg-drinking tube, not realizing Lily's alien tentacle was involved. The investigation hints at a chilling, otherworldly threat at play.

Gibby and Natasha venture into a cemetery mausoleum and begin to have sex on a cement slab. Natasha's alien nature surfaces as tentacles emerge from her chest and a mating process begins. Gibby is immobilized and dies from the brutal encounter, frozen in the moment.

Luke and Alex devise a plan to capture evidence of the aliens' acts. Luke plants a camera in his bedroom, hoping to film Lily during an encounter. When Lily arrives and they begin to disrobe, the camera malfunctions, Lily realizes she's being recorded, a candle starts a fire, and she sheds her human form in a frantic escape.

Constance sits down with Roger and explains that the aliens are on Earth to impregnate men to prevent their extinction. Roger agrees to partake in the mating, driven by a desire to help his species survive. During the act, the alien emerges from Roger's mouth, and he dies, leaving Constance devastated by the outcome.

News of Gibby's death reaches Luke, strengthening his resolve to stop the aliens. He teams up with Detective Amanda and they procure a home-made flamethrower to fight back. The plan intensifies as they prepare to confront the invaders directly.

Armed with the flamethrower, Luke confronts Natasha and Lily and succeeds in burning them. Constance fights back as Luke's fuel runs low, threatening to overpower him. The assault leaves Luke with clear evidence of the aliens' dangerous capabilities.

Constance lunges at Luke, attempting to throat-rape him while the flamethrower dies. Amanda arrives and shoots Constance, cutting off the assault. Luke uses a high-pressure steam release from nearby pipes to finish Constance, eliminating one of the aliens.

With Constance defeated, Luke believes there are witnesses to the aliens' existence and departs with Alex to escape. He leaves Amanda to handle the ongoing danger and sets off with his partner, trying to salvage some normalcy. The escape marks a fragile turning point in the battle against the invaders.

Alex and Luke share a tender moment, planning to have sex and reaffirm their love. A flashback echoes the opening scene of the jock discovering corpses, but Alex appears and says 'You're early,' revealing herself to be the alien. Luke's realization comes too late as the moment spirals toward danger.

The scene ends with Luke being overpowered as tentacles erupt, and his screams fade away. The final shot suggests he has been impregnated and killed by the alien, leaving his fate ominous and unresolved. The camera pulls back, leaving the audience with the chilling certainty of the aliens' reach.
