The once‑prosperous town of Eidolon Crossing thrived on Dogwood Park, an amusement park on its edge. Tragedy struck when children’s bodies were discovered there, sparking a series of murders that forced the park’s closure and drove the town into decline. Renamed “Deadwood Park,” the abandoned site haunted the community for 35 years, during which 26 children vanished, the last being Jake Richardson’s brother in 1979, prompting Jake’s family to leave.
