What happens when a solar storm plunges Central America into darkness? This narrative intricately connects six distinct stories unfolding across the region, from Guatemala’s lush forests to Panama City’s towering skyscrapers. Over five days without power, familiar comforts vanish, revealing poignant dramas. A Costa Rican pastor and daughter face uncertainty, while an El Salvadoran grandmother and grandson journey to the city. In Honduras, a couple finds reconnection, and in Guatemala, a young couple cares for a mysterious stranger. Nicaragua sees a young woman preparing for her quinceañera, and in Panama, a housekeeper deals with a demanding employer.
