As Senior Yama retires, he passes his duties to his son, but the experienced Chitragupta remains in place, much to the son’s frustration. Chitragupta schemes to test the new Yama by bringing a disruptive individual from Earth – Bullet Raja, a charismatic and influential figure. Bullet Raja falls in love with Taapsee, but his life is abruptly ended by Chitragupta's manipulation, sending him to hell. Discovering the plot, Bullet Raja demands to return to Earth, and is reincarnated within the body of the home minister, leading to unexpected consequences and a dramatic shift in events.
